海鮮控的我今日想食中菜,做完外送回家後有點夜。但為左食,都係要親自操刀,最後食左兩大碗飯,兩隻奄仔蟹同埋好多蝦💖💖💖💖😋😋大大滿足呢!

材料: 糯米3杯、白米1杯、蝦米2湯匙、瑤柱1粒、冬菇4隻、花蝦一斤、蒜頭10-15粒、蔥花少許、雞湯2杯、荷葉1塊
步驟:
1. 糯米洗淨,以水浸最少3小時備用
2. 冬菇浸軟後切粒、蝦米洗淨、瑤柱浸軟後撕開
3.花蝦去腳,剪去頭部及去掉沙囊,去腸
4. 在平底鍋中以少許油爆香冬菇粒、蝦米及瑤柱至金黃

6. 加入糯米及洗淨的白米,再注入2杯雞湯鋪平,蓋上蓋子至冒煙,轉小火煮5分鐘即成糯米飯

7. 荷葉洗淨以熱水焯1分鐘,取出及剪去中間硬的位置

8.爆香蒜粒,加份少許生抽、糖及魚露調味

9.把荷葉放在蒸籠

10.加入糯米飯鋪平及放上花蝦,在花蝦中間放入炒香了的蒜及蒜粒

11.把荷葉蓋好,蓋上蒸籠蓋,以滾水或蒸爐蒸7-8分鐘,灑上蔥花即成
