今日要上Cooking Class ,唔知點解晨早流流醒咗,就先寫個食譜俾大家啦!還在keep fit當中的我,有陣時都想食啲邪惡嘅嘢食,例如炒粉絲!點解話佢邪惡呢?因為喺出邊食嘅炒粉絲,一般都要落好多油,先做到條條分明嘅效果!要keep fit但係又想食,最好嘅方法就係自己整!今次用上咗即食雞胸,加埋蝦殼熬湯,再加埋新鮮嘅海蝦,好味、惹味又健康嘅炒粉絲誕生!

調味料:黃咖喱粉1/3茶匙、魚露一茶匙、生抽少許、糖少許

1. 先製作蝦湯:把蝦殼放在鑊中炒香,不用加油,直至蝦殼香脆,加入適量的水份(要視乎蝦殼的份量),煮滾後轉細火,煮15分鐘,過濾備用。煮出嚟嘅蝦湯大約需要200毫升左右,如有多的話可以keep住下次用

9. 加入少許蝦湯,直至黃咖喱粉溶解

11. 放入雞蛋絲、銀芽及鮮蝦,加入青蔥段,然後加入其他調味料,試味直至合適即可
