吉士醬材料(可製作8件7cm芒果撻)
一湯匙吉士粉、100毫升鮮牛奶、1.5湯匙砂糖、雞蛋半隻
朱古力醬材料:朱古力粒適量
透明啫喱面材料:魚膠粉兩茶匙、飲用水兩茶匙
其他材料:芒果1-2個(視乎大小)去皮切粒、薄荷葉8塊
