以前去吉野家食午餐,最鍾意點佢嘅汁煮牛肉飯,但係今年嘅牛肉飯冇以前咁好食,所以已經冇再點。前幾天老公晚上好夜先返嚟,家中就有一啲肥牛,就用日式4寶汁,來做一個美味嘅晚餐俾佢食啦!

醬汁材料:日式料理酒一湯匙、日本豉油1.5茶匙、味醂一茶匙、鰹魚汁一茶匙、水少許
