1. 海蟹買回來洗乾淨後反轉隔水蒸16分鐘,放涼後去肉
2. 鹹蛋取鹹蛋黃,蒸10分鐘,取出後壓扁
3. 甘筍去皮後,以磨蓉器磨蓉;布包豆腐切粒
