大家都知道我鍾意食海鮮!最喜歡就係食蟹,海蟹非常鮮甜,用來煮豆腐撈飯一流!呢度菜式係要花少少時間拆肉,但一啲都唔難整,用來宴客亦都唔失禮,收藏咗佢有需要時用啦!

1. 海蟹買回來洗乾淨後反轉隔水蒸16分鐘,放涼後去肉
2. 鹹蛋取鹹蛋黃,蒸10分鐘,取出後壓扁
3. 甘筍去皮後,以磨蓉器磨蓉;布包豆腐切粒
