泰國食品比較少牛肉嘅菜式,而我亦都比較少食牛肉,但係屋企嘅阿仔就係牛魔王,佢好鍾意食燒牛肉!紅酒燒牛肉、日本燒汁牛肉、泰式烤牛肉全部都好鍾意食。今日喺街市買咗一舊好靚嘅新鮮牛柳,一於就用嚟整泰式烤牛肉啦!
烤牛肉並唔難做,材料又簡單,就算唔加泰式醬汁都一樣好好食!

牛柳醃料:黑椒1/3茶匙、魚露1茶匙、蜜糖兩茶匙、紅椒粉1/3茶匙、檸檬葉粉1/3茶匙
泰式醬汁材料:水100毫升、椰糖一茶匙、魚露一茶匙、青檸汁一茶匙、羅望子汁少許、蒜蓉一茶匙、紅蔥頭(切絲)少許、指天椒片適量、芫荽根(拍碎)2-3根、芫荽適量、薄荷葉適量、檸檬葉一塊(切絲)
其他:綿繩適量

1. 牛柳洗乾淨後用綿繩綁好,加入牛肉醃料,放進雪櫃醃最少1小時
2. 牛柳取出回室溫
3. 預熱焗爐240度,把牛柳放進焗爐裏焗15分鐘
