每次去流浮山食海鮮都點呢道菜式,每次食完一隻都想食多一隻🤣🤣🤣呢排是奄仔蟹的季節,幫襯開的海鮮檔都有黃油奄仔蟹賣,由於家中只有我愛吃蟹(其他人要拆肉先食🫠),所以賣來兩隻,自私食🤭🤭🤭
在家整油鹽焗奄仔蟹其實也不難,材料也只有3樣,就算唔係成日入廚都一定搞得掂😉,重點係⚠️泥蟹蟹奄中有蟹的排洩物,必須要洗乾淨啊!

1. 奄仔蟹先放冰格30分鐘,凍暈兩隻蟹,煮時就無咁易甩腳同埋容易清洗
2. 把蟹奄打開,擠出排泄物,記住要擠幾次先乾淨呀!
