出街食飯打邊爐嘅時候最喜歡係選擇唔同嘅湯底,因為唔同嘅湯底會帶出食物唔同嘅味道!喺屋企打邊爐,好多朋友仔都會選擇買現成嘅湯包,但係一睇成份就發現湯包入面有好多味精,唔健康之餘,亦都唔可以帶出食材嘅味道,所以每一次打邊爐我都會自製湯底。

1. 雞殼以跑活水的方法處理後洗乾淨
