幾天前放假,想同阿女玩下做吓親子嘅手工。諗起多年前喺酒店食過嘅金魚蝦餃,蝦餃一向自己都有整開,做金魚形狀應該都不是太難吧!
早上喺街市買來新鮮嘅泰國花蝦,放冰格冰幾個鐘頭再攞出來做蝦餃,鮮蝦做嘅蝦餃非常美味!加埋喺北海道直送嘅帶子同埋黑毛豬肉,配上金魚可愛嘅造型,小朋友話:「我唔捨得食呀🥹」
放假嘅時候就同小朋友一齊試吓整啦!

餡料調味料:鹽2/5茶匙、麻油少許、生抽1/2茶匙、生粉適量、水1-2湯匙(視乎情況)

製作蝦餃的工具:菜刀一把、黑芝麻適量、菜油適量、餐刀一把、棉簽一支、吸管一支

3. 把蝦膠、鮮蝦粒及帶子粒放進豬肉餡料中拌勻後可以煎少少來試味
4. 把完成了的餡料放進冰箱雪大約30分鐘

11. 把粉團搓圓,用菜刀壓扁(我在菜刀上塗上薄薄的一層菜油,防黏)

14. 金魚尾部的位置黏合起來,反轉金魚,用餐刀輕輕壓條狀在尾部位置,在用餐都切兩刀成為魚的尾部
