趕得切喺正月15之前寫呢個食譜俾大家!新年除咗蘿蔔糕之外,我估好多朋友仔都鍾意食芋頭糕!其實芋頭糕嘅製作俾蘿蔔糕更加簡單,只需要買到一個靚芋頭,再加一啲靚臘味,唔使刨絲,又唔使炒好耐材料,簡簡單單好易做!
我鍾意嘅芋頭糕,帶有芋頭粒同埋芋頭蓉,一入口外脆內軟,好味好味!

調味料:3茶匙糖、3茶匙鹽、2.5茶匙五香粉、兩茶匙胡椒粉

5. 把雞湯及水放進粉漿中,攪拌勻循,加入調味料
