小朋友都鍾意食雞翼又鍾意食蝦餅,不如就將兩樣嘢二合為一,做蝦膠釀雞翼。起骨既時候,阿女話:「好耐未食過黃咖喱,我哋幾時食黃咖喱炒蟹?」,靈機一觸即時回答:「用黃咖喱整雞翼如何?加埋蜜糖同埋芝麻應該幾好味!」,於是乎我哋就一齊做咗呢個自創嘅食譜啦!
用上泰式黃咖喱粉去醃雞翼,雞翼帶有淡淡的黃咖喱香味,但一啲都唔辣小朋友都食到!讓入新鮮手打嘅蝦膠,食落去又彈牙又鮮味。最後加入蜜糖芝麻汁,雞翼帶少少甜味,小朋友最愛呀!

雞翼醃料:黃咖喱粉1/3 茶匙、魚露少許、糖少許、生抽一茶匙、老抽少許
蝦膠材料:海蝦一斤、鹽1/4茶匙、蛋白一隻(按需要加入)
