尋日突然間心血來潮想食好香蔥味嘅食品,腦海中諗咗好多唔同嘅菜式出嚟:蔥油雞、蔥油餅、不得了烤雞、蔥油拌麵…….最後就選擇咗蔥油拌麵,因為容易煮,又一碟過,方便方便!
開洋蔥油拌麵嘅開洋,喺浙江嘅方言係解做蝦米,睇落去平平無奇嘅麵條,加入咗濃郁嘅蔥油、冬菇同埋蝦米之後頓時變得唔一樣,不過始終加咗蔥油,有啲肥,唔可以成日食啊!

調味料:蠔油一茶匙、生抽一湯匙、老抽適量、糖少許

1. 在炒鍋中加入適量的油,先爆香一份蔥頭及蔥白,加入少許的鹽,以便蔥白釋出水份,以中小火慢慢爆香大約3分鐘

5. 在另一個炒鍋加入加入一湯匙的油,爆香另外一份蔥頭,加入冬菇、蝦米爆香後加入芽菜及少許青蔥段炒香,再加入上海麵略炒

7. 上碟後把冬菇、蝦米及青沖斷放在上面即可
