細個既時候住係油麻地區,一到冬天就會同家人去食蛇羹,那時的冬天比而家凍,食完蛇羹好暖胃!其實食蛇羹不為蛇,係為左d薄脆,一碗蛇羹跟一碟仔,爸媽的通常都俾我食埋😂
上星期經過旺角一間老字號蛇鋪,本身入去只係買一碗蛇羹,同老闆傾開計搵佢蛇羹點樣整,但係唔知邊度有蛇肉賣,佢居然話可以買俾我喎!於是乎就買咗半斤蛇肉返屋企,打算有時間就炮製下自家製嘅蛇羹,整返俾細細個帶我去食蛇羹嘅爸爸媽媽食!
自家製嘅蛇羹,用上咗新鮮嘅雞殼熬湯,加入咗胡椒根、芫荽根等等香料,用上馬蹄粉漿,味道不錯!

步驟
1. 先製作雞湯,做法可參考以下食譜(不需要加金華火腿,改為加瑤柱莞茜根及胡椒根)
