第一次食蓮藕苗沙律係好多年之前,喺河內嘅一間餐廳,當時覺得蓮藕苗嘅樣好可愛,細細條但係切開個樣似蓮藕,一食之後味道不得了!又爽又甜!越南人鍾意用蓮藕苗來做沙律,將蓮藕苗放入醬汁到醃製一晚,醬汁嘅味道完全滲入左蓮藕苗入邊,又酸又甜嘅味道喺炎炎夏日消暑一流!
幾個星期前喺泰國舖見到蓮藕苗嘅蹤影,立刻買來一包,但係唔記得咗影相所以寫唔到食譜,尋日又再見到,今次終於記得影相影步驟!

醬汁材料:魚露100毫升、飲用水250毫升、椰糖少許、青檸一個(取汁用)、蒜頭四粒、雞醬一湯匙

1. 蓮藕苗買回來後切去頭尾兩端,以小刀去除蓮藕苗黃色的皮

3. 煲滾一鍋水,把蓮藕苗放進,灼1分鐘之後放入冰水降溫
