芒果汁材料:芒果肉250g、冰塊適量、白糖兩湯匙、綠茶150ml (我用了綠茶包)
芝士層材料:忌廉芝士30 g、淡忌廉100 g、鮮奶50 g、糖15 g、鹽少許
裝飾:薄荷葉(可省)

1. 忌廉芝士放室溫放軟加入白糖,以手動攪拌器或廚師機打軟
