中學嘅時候成日去7–11買星洲炒米,嗰陣時覺得7–11嘅肉醬意粉同星洲炒米好好食🤣🤣🤣仲以為星洲炒米來自星加坡,後來才知道星洲炒米其實係港式嘅美食,好多茶餐廳都有!
出邊食嘅星洲炒米,好多時我都覺得一係太辣、一係就欠缺少少香味、一係就太濕、一係就太硬😆好腌尖,就自己整啦!今日突然間手痕想整,但唔想食,就請工人姐姐食啦!姐姐食唔停,話:「ma’am, that’s yummy😋」,就嚟除咗細佬去食嘢有要求之外,我家姐姐度食嘢都有要求😂縱壞晒
材料:米粉150克、蝦4-6隻、叉燒適量、雞蛋一隻、銀芽少許、燈籠椒絲少許、蔥段適量

調味料:黃咖喱醬(用港式)兩湯匙、水適量、黃薑粉1/2茶匙、鹽及糖少許

1. 燒熱一鍋水,把米粉放進,用大火先煮2分鐘
