蟹粉嘅季節當然唔好俾佢停啦,要創作多啲食譜俾大家,咁樣就可以品嚐蟹粉嘅不同美味!坊間嘅蟹粉食譜一般都有:蟹粉扒豆苗、蟹粉小籠包、蟹粉炒飯等等。
今次我就創作左帶子蟹粉蝦米粉絲煲,成日都覺得用炸香嘅蝦米加入粉絲度會好好味,今次加埋鮮味嘅帶子同埋美味嘅蟹粉,作為宵夜嚟講,係好邪惡,但又好好味喎😂😂

粉絲調味料:生抽兩茶匙、蠔油一茶匙、糖三份一茶匙、老抽少許、油少許

7. 把煮好的粉絲放在碟上,加入煎香了的北海道刺身帶子,加入兩湯匙煮好的蟹粉
8. 在上面灑上炸香了的蝦米即可
