細細個同屋企人返鄉下旅行,最鍾意去一間餐廳度食飯,冇豪華嘅裝修,仲要冇冷氣添!但係每一次都會去嗰度食飯,原因係為咗鑊氣十足嘅三杯雞。餐廳用上新鮮走地雞,再加上用生鐵鑊,香噴噴好好味!
今日心血來潮想食,但又想搞搞新意思,加埋金不換葉落去炒夠好食啦掛!今日知道知道自己收好夜,就叫姐姐去街市買定新鮮雞,返屋企醃一陣,炒兩下就搞掂!確實係方便又好味。

雞肉醃料:生抽一湯匙、糖少許、蠔油一茶匙、老抽半茶匙、油少許
三杯汁材料:一匙匙麻油、兩湯匙料理酒、三湯匙豉油、糖少許、老抽少許

2. 在炒鍋中爆香薑片、乾蔥頭、蔥白及蒜頭
3. 加入雞件爆香後加入一半的洋蔥圈
