雖然今年嘅冬天唔係好凍,但係間唔中有一兩日都凍凍地。喺凍凍地嗰幾日食下荷葉飯、臘味糯米飯、煲仔飯等等似乎係由細到大嘅習慣。
聖誕節冬至期間一直忙於餐廳的外送,製作新的菜式。趁着這個peak season暫告一段落,就整返個靚靚荷葉飯同屋企人食下先。
今次嘅荷葉飯同平時有啲唔一樣,由於聖誕節食咗好多西餐,感覺比較滯!所以今次荷葉飯就用上白米,味道都OK喎!

白米兩杯、雞湯兩杯、日本冬菇6隻、麗蝦蝦米1湯匙、荷葉一塊、貴妃蚌半斤、蒜頭四粒(切碎)、蒜頭調味料(蠔油少許、生抽少許、糖少許)
荷葉飯汁:生抽兩湯匙、糖一茶匙、老抽半茶匙(混合後煮滾即可)

1. 日本冬菇先以水浸最少4小時,浸軟後切粒備用
2. 蝦米用水洗乾淨後,用廚房紙抹乾備用
3. 把少許油加入炒鍋中,爆香蒜頭,加入蒜頭調味料炒勻試味。放涼備用
