今日收到一個遠在美國的SOS WhatsApp,住在美國的朋友明天宴客,打算跟我嘅食譜做一道泰式柚子沙律。其實柚子沙律係好容易做嘅菜式,問題係佢買唔到泰式辣椒膏,本身打算用蝦醬來代替,但係蝦醬同泰式辣椒膏嘅味道差距實在太遠!有朋友求救,當然就要幫吓手啦。馬上拎出泰式辣椒膏嗰樽野出嚟睇吓!label 後面有晒材料,不過份量就要靠自己估吓。
用咗泰式辣椒膏幾年,對佢嘅味道都相當熟悉,所以就根據經驗整咗以下嘅formula出來,屋企姐姐試完之後同我講:It tasted much better than the one in the jar!又幾識食喎😆😆😆
用上原材料來做嘅泰式辣椒膏,當然比樽裝好味啦,大家不妨試吓整,用以後嘅材料都可以整到大約220g的chili paste,放喺雪櫃可以用兩個星期😄😄
