醃料::芫荽籽一茶匙、黃薑粉半茶匙、五香粉半茶匙、胡椒粉1/6茶匙、3/4 茶匙孜然粉、生抽兩茶匙、魚露少許、蠔油一茶匙、一瓶蓋紹興酒、老抽少許、麻油一茶匙、糖1/2茶匙
其他:鹽2茶匙

1. 三黃雞洗乾淨後先用鹽醃最少3小時
2. 把雞背剪開把雞打開成蝴蝶狀

5. 取出雞放在室溫中最少1小時
