雖然我好鍾意食海鮮,但係魚其實唔係成日食,就算食都只係鍾意食海魚,因為魚味比較香。而係咁多魚當中我最鍾意食嘅就係由日本過嚟嘅喜之次。以前喺日本餐廳食喜之次,一條都要千幾蚊,好貴🤭🤭
去年認識咗日本海鮮嘅供應商,可以由日本直送喜之次俾我,於是乎就開始自己煮啦!尋日又訂咗一條喜之次,今次試吓自己做一夜干,原來唔難做,就是需要一點時間!大家有興趣嘅話都可以自己試吓整呀!
