做法簡單,就是蛋黃醬需時比較耐。又咁講,自己製嘅蛋黃醬食得放心一啲,始終材料係生雞蛋,自己做可以選擇材料。
在出邊食,龍蝦多士一定好貴。仲要係用急凍龍蝦,鮮味欠奉,自己做嘅肯定美味好多!有時間自己試吓煮啦!

蛋黃醬材料:日本雞蛋兩個、honey mustard 少許、橄欖油100毫升、冰糖適量、鹽少許、鮮磨黑胡椒粉少許、檸檬汁兩茶匙、白醋少許

1. 日本雞蛋取雞蛋黃兩隻,放在調理碗中,加入冰糖打發至白色

1. 方包放入氣炸鍋,以180度氣炸四至5分鐘至脆
