醃料:孜然粉1/3 茶匙、蒜粉、五香粉、胡椒粉、糖、黑椒粉、卡燕辣椒粉、甜椒粉各少許(係呀,全部都係各少許啊,大家按照自己嘅喜好將最鍾意嗰款味道嘅粉加多啲)、鹽1/3茶匙、黑芝麻適量(我今次冇加)

1. 雞翼放在淡鹽水解凍,擠出血水,然後抹乾(非常重要的步驟!),以鹽先醃15分鐘
2. 把醃料(除了孜然粉),按個人的口味喜好放在小碗中,拌勻
