燒賣其實唔難做,係墨魚膠比較難搞,如果大家真係冇時間,其實可以買現成嘅墨魚膠試吓整嘅,當然味道就冇咁好味啦!

材料:墨魚一隻(4斤左右)、肥豬肉一小塊、鹽1茶匙、糖2茶匙、生粉水少許

1. 墨魚去皮洗淨,置雪櫃最少一晚(也可放冰格4-5小時)
2. 肥豬肉切細粒
3. 墨魚從雪櫃取中,切粗粒(1/3切細粒)

材料:根據上面步驟做咗嘅墨魚膠,黑毛豬4-5兩、燒賣皮4-5兩
豬肉調味料:糖少許、生抽兩茶匙、蠔油少許、老抽1/3茶匙

1. 黑毛豬肉剁碎,加入豬肉調味料葉最少15至30分鐘
2. 把醃製好的豬肉放進墨魚膠,比例是2份墨魚膠:1份豬肉
3. 順時針攪拌混,把墨魚豬肉膠放進燒賣皮中央,沿邊摺好
