自己喺屋企整嘅炸雞,可以用冇激素嘅雞下髀,炸粉嘅材料亦都一清二楚,皮脆肉滑!雖然都係邪惡嘅食品,但係食得更加放心!

炸粉材料:中筋麵粉200克、鷹粟粉100克、紅椒粉一茶匙、鹽3/4茶匙、辣椒粉半茶匙、乾Rosemary 1/2茶匙、蒜粉1茶粉、黑胡椒少許、胡椒粉少許
浸雞材料:鮮奶2盒、純乳酪100克
醃雞材料:蒜粉1/4茶匙、鹽一茶匙、黑椒碎少許、紅椒粉1/4茶匙、辣椒粉1/4茶匙、油適量

1. 雞下髀解凍後盡量用手擠去血水
2. 加入醃雞材料中的醃料,醃最少兩小時
