家中有個小食家,對嘢食要求非常高,問我可唔可以整呢樣,可唔可以整嗰樣🤣正面啲嚟睇,就係因為佢既多多要求,先造就左好多新嘅食譜!黃咖喱蜜糖雞翼嘅食譜,都係因為呢個原因整出黎既!有黃咖喱嘅香味、但係唔辣,又要有蜜糖嘅甜味🤣🤣好似出奇蛋咁,一次過滿足晒佢三個願望。

醃料:鹽1/3茶匙、手標牌黃咖喱粉半茶匙(呢個牌子嘅黃咖喱粉唔辣)、蠔油一茶匙、生抽1.5茶匙、紅椒粉1/3茶匙、麻油少許、糖少許、魚露少許、老抽少許、蜜糖

1. 雞鎚洗淨後抹乾,以醃料中的鹽先醃最少半小時後加入其他醃料醃3小時以上,過夜更佳
