三個星期前整過呢個菜式,大家話想要食譜,然後我就忙咗兩個禮拜!今日終於得閒整返食譜俾大家啦!呢排街市有好多好靚嘅西洋菜苗賣,通常西洋菜都係用來煲臘鴨頭湯,但係臘鴨頭不是太健康,想食西洋菜又想健康啲?就試吓用魚湯來煲,估唔到味道又咁夾。加埋杞子,明目又好味,材料亦都唔難買,用嚟做湯飯也是一個好主意!如果復活節冇外遊而姐姐又放假,想喺屋企煮得簡單啲就可以試吓呢個食譜啦!

1. 白鯽魚洗乾淨後抹乾,在兩面放上少許鹽備用
2. 在炒鍋中加入適量的油,爆香薑片,放入白鯽魚,以中火每邊煎煮8至10分鐘,直至焦香
