本身諗住懶埋今日先,點知有兩位朋友留言話聽日要買條桂花魚等食譜,咁好啦就快啲寫俾大家啦!
記得細個同屋企人去順德嘅時候,最喜歡就係點呢道菜式-甜酸松子魚,魚炸得超級脆,但魚肉依然嫩滑,就算唔鍾意食魚嘅朋友,面對呢道菜式,都會忍唔住食幾塊!加上甜甜酸酸嘅汁,用來撈飯係一流!
其實松子魚製法不難,就是需要一啲時間去𠝹花,加上材料簡單,屋企都好容易整到架!

醃魚材料:鹽半茶匙、糖少許、蛋白一隻
醬汁材料:茄汁三湯匙、水4湯匙、白醋半茶匙、粟粉水適量
其他:粟粉適量

1. 桂花魚洗乾淨,抹乾水備用
2. 先把魚頭斬下
