最近有好多人追我😏唔係比男仔追嗰款追,而係收到你哋追食譜嗰啲PM同埋WhatsApp🤣原來大家都好鍾意食豆腐花,聽日又好忙既我應該冇時間整video俾大家,咁今日整個食譜加埋video等大家聽日有時間自己試吓整啦!
喺出邊食嘅豆腐花好多都好幼滑,但係欠缺豆味,同埋應該係用基因改造嘅黃豆食得唔係好安心!上幾個星期喺石門買到有機嘅加拿大黃豆,用佢整過一次豆漿,好香嘅豆味,飲完想再飲!幾日前又再用佢嚟整豆腐花,但係唔記得咗拍片。
今日見有少少時間,由又豆漿煲起,整豆腐花😏

1. 有機黃豆洗乾淨,放在水中置雪櫃雪最少6小時
2. 浸後的黃豆洗淨瀝乾水份備用
3. 在攪拌機中加入300克的黃豆及1200克嘅水,把黃豆絞碎(用廚師機的話3分鐘/速度10)

6.如果是用明火,把豆漿放在比較大的鍋,以中小火煮30分鐘,小心豆漿會溢出
