等咗好耐終於都轉季,可以着下長袖衫,但係轉季通常都係伴隨着喉嚨乾嘅問題,所以每年轉季嘅時候都會煲呢個湯水!材料唔貴但係好考心機嘅湯水,努力冇白費嘅杏汁白肺湯,今年做咗少少改良,加咗南杏同埋北杏嘅份量,小小嘅改變令到煲湯味道好咗好多好多!大家趁住聽日放假,可以洗下豬肺,自己試吓煲啦!

豬肺一副、南北杏250克、果皮一片(浸軟去囊)、
新鮮雞腳一磅、蜜棗兩粒、瑤柱兩粒

1. 豬肺注入水,再把水壓出,重複數次,直至豬肺洗淨變白(呢個步驟好緊要,記得要洗得好乾淨先可以)
