細個時候冬天會同屋企人去食蛇羹,食嘅時候都會附上一碟切咗幼絲嘅檸檬葉同埋一碟脆卜卜嘅薄脆,小時候好唔鍾意檸檬葉嘅味道,覺得苦苦地怪怪地咁,堅持話要加少少落去嗰度食,姑且一試,原來加咗檸檬葉又真係好味好多喎!
幾日前外送之後返屋企已經7:00,仲未準備晚餐,要快快脆脆整一個好味嘅菜式,小朋友話想要啲汁撈飯,於是就整一個南乳炆牛尾啦!突然間想起細個嘅時候食蛇羹嘅情況,於是就膽粗粗試吓加落去牛尾嗰度,點知好!好!味!牛尾非常林,醬汁濃郁好味,加多碟菜、蒸多條魚,又一餐啦!

醬汁材料:南乳一塊、紹興酒一瓶蓋、生抽兩湯匙、冰糖一湯匙、魚露少許、老抽少許(可省)、水適量

1. 牛尾以跑活水的方法處理之後洗乾淨抹乾備用
2. 再炒鍋中加入適量的油,先爆香蒜頭
