話說上次有位熟客,試過我整嘅蝦膠蓮藕餅之後就同我講話佢曾經係一間酒店食過好好食嘅蓮藕餅,不過就係用鹹魚豬肉整嘅!用半煎炸方式來做嘅鹹魚豬肉蓮藕餅,香口非常,加咗蓮藕喺入邊減少左油膩感。
對於客人嘅口述,今日就試吓整!其實鹹魚豬肉餅係我媽咪嘅手本名菜,細細個嘅時候就食好多啦,不過加入蓮藕落去整都係第一次,估唔到效果真係唔錯。只需要三種材料,就可以做到令人垂涎欲滴嘅蓮藕餅!大家宴客嘅時候不妨試吓做喎,賣相都OK呀!

調味料:生抽一茶匙、糖半茶匙、水適量

1. 梅頭豬肉洗乾淨後抹乾,剁碎備用
2. 鹹魚煎香後去骨,用手指搓碎 ,加入已剁碎的豬肉略略攪拌好
3. 蓮藕切薄片(一共需要16片),另外準備適量的蓮藕切絲,加入鹹魚豬肉中

5. 可先把少許的鹹魚豬肉膠放進鍋中煎香,試味看看是否合適,如合適的話可以繼續,太鹹的話加少許糖,不夠鹹的話加少許生抽
