調味料:生抽一茶匙、糖半茶匙、水適量

1. 梅頭豬肉洗乾淨後抹乾,剁碎備用
2. 鹹魚煎香後去骨,用手指搓碎 ,加入已剁碎的豬肉略略攪拌好

5. 可先把少許的鹹魚豬肉膠放進鍋中煎香,試味看看是否合適,如合適的話可以繼續,太鹹的話加少許糖,不夠鹹的話加少許生抽

P.S 很多人喜歡把肉餅壓成圓形的形狀,但在按壓的過程中會把肉壓實,整出嚟嘅肉餅就會好硬,使用匙羹整出嚟嘅肉餅,外觀冇咁靚,但係會比較多肉汁
