尋日突然間想食韓式炸雞,又出去買炸粉,就是把自己整個炸粉去做啦!炸粉加入咗泡打粉,炸完後既雞翼非常脆!就算凍左都好脆!同啤酒一齊食!邪惡又好味😈

乾炸粉材料
低筋麵粉65克、生粉65克、泡打粉2.5克、紅椒粉2.5克、蒜鹽少許
濕炸粉材料
低筋麵粉65克、生粉65克、泡打粉2.5克、紅椒粉2.5克、蒜鹽少許、雞蛋1.5隻、水約80毫升(自行加減)
醬汁材料
水60 毫升、紅椒粉半茶匙、生抽2茶匙、蜜糖1-2湯匙(按喜好)、鹽少許
其他:炒香了的芝麻少許

1. 雞翼解凍後以鹽水浸15分鐘,沿骨去掉血水,抹乾後加入少許鹽醃30分鐘

9. 把雞翼放在碟中,把剩餘的醬材料淋在雞翼上,加入少許芝麻就可以開餐啦!
