蜜糖雞扒好多朋友都食過啦,加埋檸檬酸酸甜甜嘅味道,大家都好鍾意,今次嘅蜜糖雞扒用咗兩款唔同嘅橘子去做,就係好熟悉嘅青檸同埋檸檬!雖然呢兩款橘子大家都好熟悉,但係比較少人同一時間用晒兩款,我自己因為用得比較多青檸,對佢嘅味道好熟悉,熱檸檬嘅酸味同青檸其實有少少唔同,青檸係大清新少少澀嘅味道,而檸檬就酸味比較重,兩樣加埋原來效果都唔錯!
呢個餸嘅精髓係煎到脆卜卜嘅雞皮,用上油脂分離鍋去煮,唔使落油雞排入面嘅油份全部釋出,比較健康,如果冇油脂分離鍋嘅朋友都可以試吓用grill pan去煮,效果都差唔多,秘訣係個鍋要燒得非常熱!如果唔係雞皮就會癡到阿媽都唔認得!

醬汁材料:青檸一個、檸檬半個、蜜糖三湯匙、生抽一茶匙、生粉水適量
雞扒醃料:鹽少許

1. 新鮮雞髀買回來,洗乾淨後先去骨,然後在雞肉那邊切淺紋
