1. 海蟹反轉蒸15分鐘,放涼後去殼起肉備用
2. 在炒鍋中爆香蔥頭及蒜頭

8. 5分鐘後打開蓋子攪拌勻旬,試味,可加入糖及魚露調節味道,即成湯底

10. 把檬粉放在碗底,注入湯底,最後放上海鮮、肥芽菜及豆卜在上面,加入少許金不滿葉及一小角的青檸即可
