今日要陪老公去醫院睇醫生,一等就等咗四個鐘頭,返到屋企已經好晏啦!加上姐姐今日放假,元旦本身諗住煮得豐富啲,但係老公又病咗食唔到就簡單咁煮啦!硬係覺得元旦要食西餐,簡簡單單整個西式嘅周打蜆湯,用上新鮮嘅大蜆去整,新鮮又好味!

1. 大蜆買回來後以牙刷把殼洗刷乾淨
2. 把大蜆放在鍋中以中小火加熱,直至大蜆開口,取出蜆肉,過濾蜆水備用
