其實西式意粉汁,來來去去都係咁上下做法,加咗南瓜蓉嘅忌廉汁省略了加麵粉水嘅步驟,因為南瓜本身係澱粉質,所以只要加咗落去個汁就會自己變杰,加上南瓜帶有小小嘅甜味,同蟹肉可以話係絕配呢!驚唔夠肉食?加埋雞肉落去,可以朝頭早整定,到送飯嘅時候加意粉落去就搞掂啦!

調味料:黑椒1/3茶匙、紅椒粉1/3茶匙、鹽1/3茶匙、糖少許
