好耐之前喺台灣食過一間餐廳,用咗醬料針筒將醬料注射入去食物入邊,呢排做很多蟹粉的菜式,亦都搞搞新意思,試吓將蟹醋注入蝦丸入面效果應該不錯吧。
昨天放假,一起床就想如何製作這道菜式,立馬買來一隻新鮮的大閘蟹做蟹粉,再買來海蝦做蝦膠,加入咗少少鹹蛋黃,令到蟹粉有鹹香嘅味道,而蝦膠呢?用上新鮮嘅海蝦做出嚟嘅蝦膠非常美味,食嘅時候熱辣辣,將自製黑醋加埋入去,美味美味!
