肉醬意粉要好食的話,要用兩種以上的番茄!今次用肉茄(番茄味濃但帶酸)同串茄(帶甜味,清新!),如果可以既買埋黑茄!仲好味!

1. 肉茄去皮切件,用攪拌機打碎(我用小美打碎,之後直接煮(30/Varoma/spoon),沒有小美的話,可以放在小鍋中以中小火煮杰就可以
