喜歡煮嘢食嘅好處係就算一個人都可以好忙啦!今日放假到尾聲,冇乜嘢做,突然手痕又到午餐時間,就整啲靚嘢食吓開心下,用手打蝦膠來整嘅玫瑰花釀茄子,作為宴客嘅菜式都唔失禮,手蛋嘅蝦膠鮮甜多汁,配合埋整條嘅茄子,一個人食晒佢,大滿足😌

蝦膠調味料:鹽少許、蛋白適量
芡汁材料:雞湯100毫升、魚露少許、糖少許、生粉水適量

2 茄子洗乾淨後切片,每朵玫瑰花需要一片大約5mm厚的茄子片及7塊3mm 厚的茄子片

4. 把其中一塊3 mm 的 茄子片對半切開,其餘的茄子片切去¼

6. 在茄子的邊緣上塗上少許蝦膠
