白米醃料:鹽1/3茶匙、生油少許
雞醃料:鹽半茶匙
其他用具:匙羹一隻

1. 白米洗乾淨後用白米醃料醃最少1.5小時
2. 雞買回來用半茶匙的鹽醃最少3小時,過夜更佳
3. 在鑄鐵鍋中加入1500毫升的水,半隻雞加進,然後開火,直至水微滾

5. 雞髀向下,重新煲滾水,然後蓋上蓋子關火焗22分鐘
6. 取出雞備用
