轉眼間又到左秋天,又到左大閘蟹肥美嘅季節!一般人食大閘蟹最鍾意就係原隻蒸,貪佢原汁原味,但係亦有朋友對拆蟹有啲抗拒,所以製作蟹粉就大家都可以品嚐到大閘蟹嘅鮮味!
坊間雖然都有大閘蟹粉買,但係始終唔知道用邊度嘅大閘蟹來做,亦唔夠自己用新鮮大閘蟹做蟹粉咁鮮味,一年一次就自己試吓做啦!
