工人姐姐今日放假,始終對食有少少要求,所以唔想嗌外賣返嚟食,每次嗌外賣都麻麻哋好食嘅!既然係咁就清冰格啦!過年之前買咗幾包雞扒喺冰格嗰度,仲有一包未食,今日就一次過食埋佢😆
再睇吓調味料櫃,我真係有勁多調味料,玩吓mix and match,用豉油醬汁,加上八角香葉等等嘅香草,再加埋玫瑰露酒整個汁出嚟醃雞扒,製成品味道都唔錯,既然有朋友仔想今晚整,就嗱嗱臨寫個食譜俾你哋啦😊

雞扒醃料:蔥頭兩粒、薑四至五片、蒜頭五至六粒、八角3粒、薑段適量、冰糖四湯匙、生抽130毫升、水100毫升、玫瑰露酒3湯匙

1. 雞扒放在雪櫃解凍,然後放入淡鹽水最少10分鐘,以便去除雪味
