炸春卷小朋友好鍾意食,因為超級香口!阿仔仲要係食唔停口🤣自己整嘅炸春卷,用上新鮮嘅材料不在話下,最緊要係啲食油,保證新鮮唔會用上萬年油😌
好多朋友問我:「屋企炸嘢唔煩咩?」,其實如果炸少少嘢嘅話,用一個細嘅鑄鐵鍋慢慢炸,油量唔係好多!今次需要炸比較多嘅嘢就開隻鑊,放油去到鑊嘅中線,其實又唔係真係用好多油,炸完既油,通常我會用多一次來炸食物,或者分開好多次用嚟炒菜等等,最後都唔會好浪費嘅😉
至於春卷,其實內餡冇特定,但係我自己最喜歡放豬肉蝦同埋粉絲,再加一啲蔬菜落去,令到冇咁油膩🙃
