中午時候想食簡單啲,但係又好味啲!整個意粉就最適合不過啦,一碟過用既氣力唔多,但係用上特別新鮮嘅材料,簡簡單單亦都可以大滿足!

材料:三文魚一件、車厘茄一磅(對半切開)、淡忌廉100毫升、四人份量意粉、金不換適量、蒜頭三粒(拍碎)
調味料:糖一湯匙、鹽適量、黑椒少許、紅椒粉少許

步驟:
三文魚洗乾淨後抹乾才兩邊,加上少許鹽,中火煎香兩邊取出放涼後拆肉備用

在煎三文魚的同一個鍋子中爆香蒜頭,加入車厘茄炒香,然後以中小火慢慢煮,直至茄肉變林
