海鮮材料:帶子4隻
其他:隔夜飯1.5 碗、油適量、芫荽少許

1. 蝦米洗淨以水浸1小時備用
2. 花竹蝦洗淨,剪去蝦腸及沙囊;花甲及蝴蝶蚌以牙刷刷淨備用
3. 在小鍋中放入花甲及蝴蝶蚌,以中小火加熱,直至開口,取出花甲及蝴蝶蚌
