雞翼真係百吃不厭嘅其中一種菜式,可以用好多唔同嘅方法去煮,呈現唔同嘅味道!豉油雞翼、沙薑雞翼、香茅雞翼、檸汁蜜糖雞翼,土匪雞翼、黃咖喱雞翼……無論點樣整都好食!不過講到離遠都聞到嘅香味,就非牛油雞翼莫屬啦!煮緊嘅時候已經好香,煮好之後一打開鑊蓋嗰種味道,簡直係難以形容咁好味!

雞翼醃料: 紹興酒一瓶蓋、鹽半茶匙、生抽1/2茶匙、糖少許
牛油汁材料:牛油20克、蒜頭一個(去皮后切碎)、生抽半茶匙、蜜糖一湯匙、魚露少許

1. 雞翼先以醃料醃最少2小時
2. 雞翼放室溫半小時,以氣炸鍋180度焗12分鐘/或者用平底鑊煎至九成熟
